New watch vibrates to keep your alarms to yourself. To be quite honest, I don’t know why somebody hasn’t thought of this sooner. Cell phones vibrate when you put them on silent, why shouldn’t watches do the same?
Now you don’t have to feel like a cad for waking someone else up when it’s time for you to go to work! Or you could buy one for your own significant other and not have to suffer their alarms. Either way it’s pretty cool and no doubt this thing has some application in more public venues as well.
To top it off, the watch is a rather stylish thing as well. It has a sort of retro simplicity that appeals to the hip and with it these days. However, that doesn’t mean this little device is the best option out there if you’re looking for something to wear on your wrist.
First, it costs over $400. Second, all it does is tell time. Now you might think that’s okay because that’s what watches are supposed to do but this model doesn’t even have a calendar. All you get is the simple analog face and the vibration feature. Not even the fact that it comes with two attractive face colors could make me forget about the serious chunk of change I’d have to drop to get one of these.
