A lot of thing changes about the new version.

- Fix for AMFPHP_RUNTIME_ERROR implemented.
- Fix for coin2 & forum, not able to de-activate the plugin.
- Installation will deactivate "collection plugin", there this is now in multi.
- Energy plugin: small fixes. [Energy v 0.9]
- Buildings plugin: translation support added. [Buildings v0.7]
- Multi plugin. several fixes [Multi v 0.5]
